The interlock/spigot design ensures quick alignment without jigs, minimizes gaps, and improves weld appearance – perfect for TIG welders, prototype builders, and professional fabricators.

• Degrease and deburr mating surfaces, check fitment before welding
• Tack-weld all around, then perform full circumferential welding
• For best appearance and internal quality: use moderate heat control and proper back purging
