Ideal for clean, repeatable weld joints in exhaust, intercooler, and intake systems.
The interlock/spigot design ensures quick alignment without jigs, minimizes gaps, and improves weld appearance – perfect for TIG welders, prototype builders, and professional fabricators.

Start Piece: Smooth side connects to pipe or straight section, interlock/male (spigot) side to the first segment group
End Piece: Female (spigot recess) side connects to the last segment, smooth side to outlet or end pipe
Suitable for exhaust systems, charge pipes, intake and cooling systems
Welding Instructions:
Degrease and deburr mating surfaces, check fitment before welding
Tack-weld all around, then perform full circumferential welding
For best appearance and internal quality: use moderate heat control and proper back purging
