Our fiber mats, in combination with BOOST products thermal insulation heat shields, offer an excellent alternative to conventional heat protection products. By combining the fiber mat with the BOOST products 309 stainless steel thermal insulation sheet, you achieve a powerful insulation that protects your components from extreme temperatures while also extending their lifespan.

The application is simple: Wrap the fiber mat around the component, such as the exhaust manifold pipe, place the thermal insulation heat shield around the pipe, and then weld it together.

The fiber mats ensuring stable installation and durability. The back is equipped with a self-adhesive film, allowing for easy and quick installation directly onto the component after cutting. This saves valuable time during installation and ensures precise application.
BOOST products fiber mats offer significant temperature reduction. The exact effect depends on the entry temperature and the duration of temperature peaks. Additionally, air circulation or ventilation of the assembly plays a crucial role. For a customized solution, we recommend conducting specific temperature tests based on the application.
