BOOST Products fittings, hoses, and thread adapters are suitable for a wide range of applications, such as use with oil, water, and fuel lines, and are resistant to E85 and methanol. The fittings and adapters are CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum or stainless steel and comply with the US AN and JIC industrial standards. Matching hydraulic hoses for the fittings are available in various versions (nylon or stainless steel braid, also with reinforced core or as PTFE version).

The self-sealing system originally comes from the defense and aerospace industries and has been successfully used in motorsport for decades. Thanks to the unique screw connections, the lines are sealed and pressure-resistant up to 650 bar (depending on size and version) without the need for crimping tools. All BOOST Products hydraulic hoses are also resistant to E85 and methanol. The hose fittings are screwed together with the matching hydraulic hoses.

For turbocharger applications (oil/water lines), -04 AN / Dash 4 is generally recommended for oil feed lines and -10 AN / Dash 10 for oil return lines. Other line systems, such as water or fuel lines, should be selected according to the specifications of the existing connections and the manufacturer's recommendations. Unlike other providers, BOOST Products also offers swivel fittings labeled as "swivel", which remain fully rotatable even after installation. This is essential for easy installation and is often not available with cheap suppliers. Depending on the application, we recommend making at least one side swivel.
