BOOST products fittings, hoses, and threaded adapters are suitable for a variety of applications such as oil, water, and fuel lines. They are resistant to E85 and methanol. The fittings and adapters are made from 6061-T6 aluminum or stainless steel using CNC machining and meet the US specifications for AN and JIC industrial standards. Matching hydraulic hoses are available in different versions (nylon or stainless steel braid, with reinforced lining, or as PTFE versions). This self-sealing system originated in the defense and aerospace industries and has been successfully used in motorsport for decades. Thanks to the unique screw connections, the hoses are sealed and pressure-resistant up to 650 bar (depending on size and version) without the need for pressing tools. Additionally, all BOOST products hydraulic hoses are resistant to E85 and methanol. Hose fittings are screwed to the corresponding hydraulic hoses.

For turbocharger applications (oil/water lines), -04 AN / Dash 4 is generally recommended for oil feed lines, and -10 AN / Dash 10 for oil return lines. For other systems such as water or fuel lines, choose based on the specifications of existing connections and manufacturer recommendations. Unlike other providers, BOOST products also offer swivel fittings labeled as "swivel," which remain fully rotatable even after installation. This feature is essential for easy installation and is often not available from cheaper suppliers. Depending on the application, we recommend making at least one side rotatable.
